The practice
A small office for named cash.
The official registered business name is Insight Vertexway Financial Planning. The practice was established in 2016 in Tambon Bacho.
How the office began
Wanita Lateh grew up in Narathiwat and spent her twenties keeping the books for family stalls: what came in after a good week of trade, what had to last when the week was thin, and which tin was quietly borrowed from. In 2016 she registered Insight Vertexway Financial Planning and rented a room near the tambon market in Bacho. The first clients were relatives who tapped rubber and needed the selling-season money separated from the months when the trees rested.
By 2019 there was a second chair and a short waiting list on Saturdays. Ibrahim Abdulrahman joined in 2021 after years on his family’s fishery accounts. He still sits with households whose cash arrives in shares of a catch. Wanita leads the Cash Reserve Review. Both of them write in Thai, and in English when the client asks for the plan that way.
Sittings are by appointment. Clients leave with a page. Their cash stays in accounts they open themselves.
How a sitting feels
We start from bills you can point to: rice, fuel, stall rent, a parent’s month, a repair you have already priced. Incomplete records are ordinary. A household that remembers totals is more useful here than a household that arrives with a perfect spreadsheet and no sense of the quiet month.
Friday appointments end at 11:30. The office is closed Sunday and Monday. If a daytime visit inside the province is easier than coming to Bacho, say so when you write; travel inside Narathiwat is part of the review and the seasonal briefing.
What we will not pretend
Banks, securities dealers, and insurers do different work from this office. A sitting here selects no funds, compares no policies, and lodges no tax returns. A reserve figure is guidance for cash you may need inside a year or two. You decide which account holds it.
Household figures stay in the working file. We do not talk about one client’s totals in another client’s sitting. The plan itself belongs to you; the method of counting quiet months belongs to the practice.
