Data controller

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, email address, the engagement you ask about, whether the cash is household, shop, or seasonal, a preferred date if you give one, and the message you write. From a sitting: the totals, dates, and family or shop circumstances you choose to share so a cash reserve or contingency plan can be written. We ask you to keep account numbers, passwords, and identity-card images out of the form and out of email.

The site also stores a consent choice in your browser, described on the cookies page. Server logs held by the host may include an IP address and the page requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply, to propose a date, and to send a fee note. We use sitting notes to prepare your plan and, if you return, to compare a later year with the earlier page. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract for a sitting, performance of that engagement, and our legitimate interest in keeping a working file so the plan can be amended. Where the law asks for consent, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your household totals to advertise other people’s products.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a sitting are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. A client plan and the notes behind it are kept for five years after the last sitting, so an annual visit has a page to read, and then destroyed, unless you ask us to destroy them sooner or a Thai law requires a longer hold. Fee and refund records are kept for the period Thai accounting rules require.

Sharing

Wanita Lateh and Ibrahim Abdulrahman see the files they work on. A bookkeeper may see fee records, not the household totals, if we use one. We may disclose information if Thai law, a court, or a competent authority requires it.

International transfers

The practice is in Thailand. Email and website hosting may pass your message through servers outside Thailand. Where that happens, we limit the details in the message to what the reply needs, and we rely on providers who commit to safeguards consistent with the PDPA’s rules on cross-border transfers. We do not move your file abroad for storage as a matter of course. If a particular transfer would be unusual, we will tell you before it happens.

Your rights

Subject to the PDPA and its exceptions, you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its use, to object to certain uses, and to receive a portable copy where the law provides that right. You may withdraw consent where processing was based on consent. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. To use these rights, write to info@insight-vertexway.click. We may need to confirm your identity before we release a file. We aim to answer within 30 days.

Children

Sittings are arranged with adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this site.
