The practice

Insight Vertexway Financial Planning, established in 2016, keeps an office at Tambon Bacho, Amphoe Bacho, Narathiwat 96170. You can write to info@insight-vertexway.click or telephone 073561395. When you use this site or ask for a date, you accept these terms.

What a sitting is

A sitting produces written guidance about a cash reserve, a contingency list, a seasonal split, or an annual addendum. You decide what to do with the page. You keep your own money in accounts you open. Fees pay for time and writing. The practice does not take deposits of household cash beyond the fee deposit described on the refund page, and it does not select investments, insurance, or loans.

Booking

An enquiry through the contact form is a request for a reply. A date is held only when the practice confirms it and the deposit in the fee note has been received. Fees, what changes a quote, and the deposit are described on the fees page. Cancellation and refunds are described on the refund page, which forms part of these terms.

Your information in a sitting

You agree to give totals that are honest to the best of your knowledge. If a figure is a guess, say so. The plan can only be as specific as the totals you provide. You are responsible for decisions you make at your bank, with your family, or with any lender after you leave the office.

Intellectual property

The written plan prepared for you is for your household or family shop to use and keep. You may share it with a spouse, a co-owner of the stall, or your own accountant. You may not publish it as a template, resell it, or present it as advice you prepared for someone else. The method of counting, the wording of blank forms, the text of this website, and the practice name stay with Insight Vertexway Financial Planning. You may quote a short passage from the site with a link back, for a private or news purpose.

Liability

A reserve figure is a planning aid based on what you told us. It is not a guarantee that a particular bill will be affordable, that income will arrive, or that a repair will cost what a quote once said. To the extent Thai law allows, the practice is not liable for trading losses, crop or catch results, bank charges, or decisions you make after the sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law refuses to limit, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The site is offered as general information about the practice. Pages can be updated. A fee quoted in a written note to you prevails over an older figure on the website if the two differ.

Acceptable use

Use the contact form to ask about a sitting. Do not send account passwords, full card numbers, or copies of identity documents through the form. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or to read another person’s enquiry.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. The practice is based in Narathiwat, and that is where sittings at the office take place unless a daytime visit inside the province has been agreed.
