Annual Reserve Visit
A ninety-minute return visit for clients who already hold a written plan, to see what the year did to the reserve and reset the target if the household changed.
- Form
- One return sitting
- Time
- About ninety minutes
- Where
- Office in Tambon Bacho
- Fee
- 2,800 THB
Who it is for
Households and shops that finished a Cash Reserve Review or a Seasonal Income Briefing with us and want the plan read against the year that actually happened.
What you leave with
A short addendum: what left the reserve, whether the refill rule was kept, and a revised target if a child, a boat, a closed stall, or a new wage changed the household.
Only for clients who already hold a written plan from this practice. If the household has changed sharply, we say so in the visit and quote a full Cash Reserve Review instead of forcing the old target.
How the sitting proceeds
-
01
Read last year's page
We start from the plan you already have. Bring it, even if it is creased or only partly followed.
-
02
Name what was spent
Withdrawals are recorded with the reason. Using the reserve for the event it was meant for is the point of the plan, not a failure of it.
-
03
Reset or confirm
If life is much the same, we confirm the target and the refill. If it is not, we stop and offer a full review rather than stretch this visit.
Included
- Reading of the existing plan against the past year
- A note of withdrawals and the reasons
- A revised target or a written confirmation that the old target still fits
- The addendum on paper
Outside this engagement
- A first plan for someone who has not worked with the practice
- Investment review
- Rebuilding a full plan inside the ninety minutes when the household has changed beyond an addendum
What to bring
Bring the previous plan and a rough memory of what left the reserve. Receipts help, but a clear account in your own words is enough.
Limits
New clients begin with a Cash Reserve Review, a Contingency Session, or a Seasonal Income Briefing. This visit is held at the Bacho office.
