Who it is for

Households and small family shops in Narathiwat who already earn a living and want a cash reserve written to their own bills, not a national average. It suits people whose income arrives in lumps — rubber, a fishery share, an orchard, a stall — and people on a steadier wage who still get caught by a roof, a hospital trip, or a quiet month.

What you leave with

You leave with a written plan in Thai or English: a reserve figure in baht, the ordinary account or envelope where that cash should sit, a refill rule tied to payday or the next lump, and a short list of interruptions the reserve is meant to cover. The practice does not move your money. You keep the cash in an account you open yourself.

A household with one or two earners starts at 8,500 THB. A family shop with its own till is quoted after a short conversation, usually between 12,000 and 18,000 THB, depending on how many cash streams have to be separated.

How the sitting proceeds

  1. 01

    First sitting

We meet at the Bacho office, or at your home in the province during the day. Bring rough totals, not account passwords. We list what an ordinary month costs, which months pay more, and which bills would hurt if they slipped.

  2. 02

    The draft week

The practice writes a reserve figure, names a resting place for the cash, and drafts a refill rule. You do not need to come in. If a total is missing, we ask by phone or email before the second sitting.

  3. 03

    Second sitting

We read the draft together. If the figure feels too high for a real month, we lower the first target and write the path toward the full one. You leave with the plan the same day.

Included

  • A first sitting of about ninety minutes to map ordinary spending, lumpy income, and bills that cannot slip
  • A draft reserve figure prepared in the week between sittings
  • A second sitting of about sixty minutes to read the draft aloud and change what does not match real life
  • The finished plan, on paper and as a file you can keep
  • One follow-up note within a month if a total in the plan needs correcting

Outside this engagement

  • Choosing investment products, insurance policies, or loans
  • Preparing a tax return or speaking to the revenue office on your behalf
  • Holding, transferring, or investing your cash
  • Legal documents, wills, or business registration

What to bring

Bring three months of rough household spending if you have them, the dates when larger income usually arrives, and any bill you already know is coming (school term, boat share, house repair). Totals are enough. Leave account numbers and passwords at the bank.

Limits

The review covers cash you may need inside a year or two. It does not set an investment mix. If the household books and the shop till are mixed and neither person can separate them in the first sitting, we pause and quote a longer business review rather than guess. Daytime visits inside Narathiwat are included. Overnight travel beyond the province is quoted before the date is held.
